He forgot one - American drivers need to learn to "queue up" instead of cutting in at the last minute. How civilised!

Just to clarify: a similar (and highly amusing) "revocation of independence" was distrubuted during the "swinging chad" fiasco in November 2000, and has since been modified for the 2008 festivities.

And it just sounds so much funnier if you imagine it being delivered by Basil Fawlty :)
