Is this a new version of cloud computing?

And this is why they say India offers a significant business opportunity for infrastructure play. Only if we can get the Indian politicians and the bureaucrats aligned with the business community. The voters of India need to get over the "what's in it for me" to "what's in it for my country" and bring the needed change through the ballot box.

For the curious Westerner, this is a common sight in most of the country once you leave the major metropolitan cities like Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, etc. But change is coming so seize the opportunity.
