Congrats Phil... i am a regular follower of your articles and discussions here.. wishing you all the very best.

Phil,

Saw you present at the Global Sourcing Forum this week - what an insightful perspective you have. All the best with the new move - so refreshing to have free thinkers on the delivery side :)

Joe

Phil,

Congratulations on your new role. I look forward to following your blog in the future as it has become one of my best sources for information related to the outsourcing industry.

Phil, This is news.. and I must say good news, I have never experienced CTS myself, however, I've heard great things about them, and their culture- which i believe is the real icing. Good Move. Al the Very Best.

@Christian: Thanks for the best wishes. We've had some excellent contributions from the software industry - especially SAP - over the years here, and I welcome more to come,

PF.

Phil:

Looks like a great move. Wishing you the best of success.

Barry Wiegler

Congratulations Phil,
this looks like a great opportunity for you - and Cognizant for sure has landed an excellent hire!

Hope to stay in touch with you also in the future, I wish you all the best. Look also forward to the continuation of your blog under this new perspective now!

Good luck - and talk soon again regarding the insider view on the importance of technology in BPO ;-)

Hey Phil -- Exciting move for you! Cognizant is lucky to nab you. No doubt your rich POV will be valuable to them.

All the best my friend.

Brenna

Nice post Phil. Welcome aboard.

It'll be refreshing to have one of the industry's great thought leaders blogging from the SP side of the fence. We sorely need that perspective. No pressure, Phil -:)

Phil,

Amazing coup for Cognizant - you'll achieve great things there. Am sure everyone who knows you would agree,

PF

So what was the bigger acquisition made by Cognizant this week? UBS' captive or Phil Fersht -:)

Smart move by "C" to hire you. Your network alone makes you a valuable commodity, Phil :)

Good luck and look forward to reading your insights as you progress on this exciting journey,

Jenny

Phil,

What an excellent choice of firm. Your energy, smarts and dynamism will fit well with Cognizant's culture.

All the best!

Paul

The service provider community is finally getting new blood- Phil, Peter Allen, etc. This is one way in which service providers can improve their innovation quotient, provided the new blood is allowed to flow through uncharted arteries. Continue your great work with the added dimension of letting the world know why service providers do the way they do. Have a blast in your new role.

Congrats Phil. Cognizant is doing extremely well. And with your skillset and capabilities, I am sure this would be more one more feather for CTS.

Congrats Phil.
